We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the successful delivery of commercial ground-up construction projects.Position Overview:The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective completion of commercial ground-up builds. This individual will manage all aspects of the construction project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the development of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Ensure all necessary resources (labor, materials, equipment) are allocated efficiently to meet project objectives.Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff. Provide guidance, oversight, and support to ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals. Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and address any potential budget overruns.Contract Management & Procurement: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with specifications, timelines, and legal requirements.Quality Control & Safety: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and adheres to applicable safety regulations and codes. Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks (e.g., delays, scope changes) and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.Project Closeout & Documentation: Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and obtaining necessary certifications.
