IT Project ManagerResponsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a contact center operation, including managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the contact center software, systems, and infrastructureExperience:Proven experience (10+ years) in managing contact centers, ideally in an IT or technology-driven environment.Strong experience in IT project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Expertise in the use of contact center technologies, including CRM systems, IVR, ACD systems, and call routing software.Skills:Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Knowledge of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
