This role focuses on selling IT & Technology staffing solutions to decision-makers in technology departments, HR, and procurement teams.What You'll *Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships primarily with mid-market clients.Sell IT staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.Partner closely with recruitment teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.Consult with clients to understand business challenges and provide custom staffing solutions.Consistently hit or exceed sales targets in a high-performance environment.What You *2+ years of success in Technology Staffing Sales (preferred) or closely related fields such as SaaS, IT Solutions, Managed Services, or IT Consulting Sales.Track record of success selling to CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, or HR leaders.Hunter mindset- you thrive on developing new business and winning clients.Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close.Ability to work hybrid in NYC Office (3 days onsite).What's In It for *Base **** $60,000-$100,000Uncapped and industry-leading commission planComprehensive benefits (health, dental, 401k match, etc.)Clear path to promotion and leadership roles as the company expands.Join a firm with year-over-year revenue growth, even in challenging markets.Work directly with a high-energy leadership team invested in your success.
