The Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding Medicare plans, providing guidance on plan selection, and enrolling clients in Medicare Advantage plans. The agent will perform day-to-day tasks such as conducting consumer initiated phone consultations, answering client inquiries, managing customer relationships, and staying updated on Medicare regulations and options.
