We partner with top insurance providers to offer a wide range of options that include comprehensive coverage, affordable premiums, and additional benefits like vision, dental, and prescription drug coverage.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time in-office role for a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding Medicare plans, providing guidance on plan selection, and enrolling clients in Medicare Advantage plans. The agent will perform day-to-day tasks such as conducting consumer initiated phone consultations, answering client inquiries, managing customer relationships, and staying updated on Medicare regulations and options. This role also includes training and supporting new clients and maintaining a high level of customer service.QualificationsMust reside in Tampa Bay area (Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg) and be able to commute dailyStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency in sales and insurance-related processesValid health insurance licenseAbility to pass a Felony Background CheckBasic knowledge of Microsoft applications, email, and typing skillsComfortable using multiple applications at onceExcellent organizational and time-management skillsExperience in the insurance industry is an advantage**Answer consistent inbound pre-qualified calls from consumersGather information and assess the caller's interest in Medicare Advantage plansAnswer questions regarding medical care and coverageComplete applications to enroll eligible beneficiaries in plansProvide ongoing customer service and support, including assisting with plan changes, renewals, and claims-related questions.Ensure that all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations, including CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) rules and guidelines.Job ** Full-time, Contract***** $55,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year***** Paid time offSupplemental **Bonus opportunitiesCommission payLicense/** Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)Work ***** On-siteImprove Insurance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
