Location: Seattle, WA 98121. Founded in 1990 by seafood experts who still manage the business today, we are a part of a family of companies that is collectively one of the largest seafood companies in the world.About the Position:We are looking for a highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and office management duties.This role requires a proactive, customer-service-oriented professional who can handle both routine tasks and unexpected challenges with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a front-facing role, enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, and takes initiative and full ownership of their role.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems, directing calls, and greeting employees and visitorsOversee general office operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environmentManage procurement and inventory of office supplies and snacks to ensure appropriate stock levelsServe as primary contact for vendors, including building management and janitorialMonitor office equipment and coordinate repairs as neededManage security access (keys, key cards, parking validations)Implement and oversee fire safety protocols, including evacuation procedures, while serving as the designated Fire Warden Coordinate work orders and building maintenance requests as neededHandle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS shipments, and deliveriesAssist the CEO with administrative tasks as requestedSupport the Accounting Department with deduction packets and other projects Work with HR to organize company eventsCoordinate office lunch orders and catering for meetings or company events as neededArrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and rental carsIdentify opportunities to improve office efficiency and workflowsTake on special projects and other responsibilities as assignedIdeal Candidate:Self-sufficient, reliable, and highly organized Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsIndependent, resourceful, and solution-orientedRequirements:3-5 years of office management experience Experience handling multi-line phone systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to lift, pull or carry objects up to 20 poundsEducation:High school diploma required; some college coursework preferredAdditional Details:Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per yearPosition: Full-Time HourlySchedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmReports To: Director of Human ResourcesCandidates will be required to undergo a standard criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen upon hireWe offer a range of benefits and perks, including:Affordable medical, dental, and vision coveragesFlexible Spending Account (FSA) options for Healthcare and Day CareHealth Savings Account (HSA) option with $500 - $750 employer contributionEmployer-paid Life and AD&D Insurance equal to one time salary, up to $200,000Private Long-Term Care Insurance optionSupplemental insurance options through AFLAC401(k) with a 4% company match and immediate vestingEmployer-paid Short-Term Disability and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramsParking or Transportation Reimbursement up to $280/monthGym Reimbursement up to $50/monthAnnual Profit SharingStocked snacks and beveragesFor more info, visit
