You will play a critical role in supporting our clients, educating them about their insurance options, assisting in enrollment and ensuring they receive excellent service as continued clients.Key *Educate clients in the basics. Advise them of their options that best fit their needs. Insure- assist clients with enrollment of their chosen plan(s)Engage with clients in both one-on-one settings as well as in group presentations. In person as well as virtuallyDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and service a book of businessExpand our client base by proactively generating new opportunitiesManage time effectively to handle customer inquiries and follow-upsCollaborate with team members and participate in training sessions, presentations and annual enrollment preparation as neededQualifications/what we're looking ** Valid Life and Health Insurance LicenseSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-drivenDetail-oriented with strong customer service skillsStrong communication skills and good listening abilitiesComfortable networking and meeting new peopleReliable transportation and a dedicated workspace free from interruptions for remote workProficient in technology, including Zoom, Teams, Outlook, and other basic office softwareSome sales experience preferred; insurance and/or Medicare experience is idealCoachable and eager to learn and grow within the agencyBackground check- successful completion requiredDrug screen- pre-employment testing mandatoryWhat We *****Competitive salary with commission & bonus opportunities.
