This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to be part of a professional growth story in the making.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant that will drive growth at Indovance. The candidate will be supported by a lead generation team that will set up about 40 appointments per month. The focus will be to conduct discovery meetings with prospects and close sales (typically a 60-day sales cycle). The sales consultant will also be responsible for providing ongoing feedback to the lead generation team for improving the quality and the quantity of the appointments being set. This is a full-time position onsite at our office in Apex, NC.Job description:Conduct discovery meetings and make presentations to prospects to close a sale.Identify and pursue new sales prospects through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.Prepare and continually improve customer presentations to improve sales conversion.Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections as they arise.Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data using Salesforce CRM and other tools.Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and understand the company's products and services to facilitate sales efforts.Develop quotes and proposals for clients and follow up on these opportunities.Provide exceptional customer support, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and ensure successful implementation.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.Provide feedback on market trends and client pain points to help shape Indovance offerings.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics (including meetings booked, calls made, etc.).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Five or more years of proven sales experience in the service-based/B2B industry.Self-motivated and a goal driven salesperson.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport quickly.Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.Salary:$40,000 per year (base) with the potential to earn sales incentives of around $40,000-50,000 per yearBenefits: 401k, Paid time offSchedule:8-hour shift on Monday to FridayWork Location: Apex, NC (onsite)Position will report to Sales Director
