Account Executive

The Encompass Group is working with a reputable Insurance Brokerage company that is seeking to add an Account Executive-Renewals to their team to help deliver insurance and related products to professional service firms with an unparalleled commitment to customer experience and operational efficiency. This role is based in Lisle, IL, and provides a hybrid structure. ResponsibilitiesProvide impeccable customer service to all clients.Handle policy, system, and payment questions throughout the sales process.Make outbound contacts through phone and email.Maintain and service clients within our Lawyers and Accountants Professional Liability Programs. Achieve sales targets and customer service standards established by the company.Complete light underwriting duties associated with the sales process.Assist in marketing and branding of the program and company. Adhere to an established sales process and contact plan to exceed retention targets on a monthly and yearly basis. Strong will to succeed in a competitive environment. Strong phone and verbal communication skills.Willing to learn and quickly apply new skills in order to exceed goals. Reliable and accountable for own results.Other duties, projects, tasks, and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsEducation and ** High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of outbound sales experience (preferred). 4-year college degree (preferred) or equivalent to sales experience and industry knowledge. IL P&C license, or the ability to obtain one (preferred).Key **Attention to detail. High level of integrity and professionalism.
