Trustpoint.one is pleased to be supporting a leading AmLaw firm in their search for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support the Attorneys in the Firm's New York City location, on a long-term temporary basis (possibility of direct hire for the right person!). The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will assist Attorneys in the closing of commercial real estate financings and other transactional matters. Duties include, but are not limited to the **• Title & survey review• Due diligence review• Preparing and managing corporate documents and commercial loan documents• UCC searches/filings• Organizing all closing and post-closing documentation• Working directly with title officers and surveyors to address title coverage, scope of survey work and resolve related issues.**• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal handling large commercial real estate transactions• Experience with law firms, commercial lenders, or other related entities will be considered• College degree strongly preferred• A demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly excellent technical writing skills, are essential• Must be proactive and able to work independently, as well as with a team and with clientsThis is a great opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support industry leaders on national high-profile transactions. Must be open to working onsite 5 days per week. Offices are located in Midtown.
