Payroll Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to ensure that employees are paid accurately and timely, while maintaining compliance with current payroll policies. As an essential part of the payroll team, this role will serve as liaison for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring efficient communication with Ariat's retail stores and distribution centers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate payroll systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Essential Time. The Payroll Coordinator will support business goals through payroll management, strengthening employee morale and the company's overall efficiency.You'll Make a Difference ByProcessing payroll on a bi-weekly and weekly basisEntering data accurately and efficientlyManaging timecards to ensure compliance and accuracyCommunicating with retail stores and distribution centers regarding payroll-related mattersOther duties as assignedAbout You1 to 2 years of payroll processing experience using ADP Workforce NowExperience processing weekly payroll in a retail environmentWorking knowledge of ADP's Essential Time, including its time and attendance platformBasic Excel skills, such as data entry, formatting, and creating simple formulasStrong communication skills and can effectively interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries and issuesAbility to read, write, and speak English proficiently, ensuring clear and professional communicationA keen attention to detail to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees is nice to haveApproaches challenges with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learnFluent in Spanish and can communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries and concerns is preferred Experience using Daily Pay for payroll processing is preferredAbout AriatAriat is an innovative, global outdoor brand with roots in equestrian performance.
