We are hiring for a great client in El Segundo, CA on a contract basis. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, including reviewing applications and proposals, managing budgets, drafting correspondence, assisting with reports, coordinating activities, and serving as a liaison for various initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.Schedule: 28 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM**Review and process applications and proposals.Assist in managing budgets and tracking expenses.Draft and edit correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.Support the preparation of reports and documentation.Assist in planning and coordinating activities and events.Serve as a point of contact for various initiatives.**Prior administrative experience is preferred.Strong administrative and clerical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Experience with budgeting and document preparation is a plus.Ability to multitask and work independently.Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
