The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both telecom infrastructure and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in managing cloud migrations, optimizing telecommunication systems, and ensuring seamless integration of cloud services.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in telecom systems management and cloud migration.Deep understanding of telecom infrastructure, VoIP, Unified Communications (UC), and contact center solutions.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and cloud-based telecom solutions.Experience in managing large-scale migration projects with a focus on seamless transition and minimal downtime.Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and telecommunications best practices.Preferred Skills:Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Cloud Professional, or equivalent cloud/telecom certifications.Familiarity with cloud network configuration and network design in cloud environments.Experience in designing and deploying hybrid cloud telecom solutions.Personal Attributes:Excellent ability to handle complex tasks and priorities.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Migration Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for migrating the organization's telecom infrastructure from data centers to cloud platforms.Work with cross-functional teams to define migration requirements, project timelines, and success metrics.Assess current telecommunication solutions and recommend the best cloud alternatives to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, cost-efficiency, and high performance.Telecom System Design & Implementation:Design and configure cloud-based telecom solutions, ensuring optimal integration with existing business processes and technology stack.Lead the implementation of cloud telecom services, including voice over IP (VoIP), Unified Communications (UC), contact center solutions, and messaging services.Collaborate with cloud providers to customize solutions that meet specific operational and security requirements.Migration & Transition Management:Oversee the migration of telecom systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Develop and follow a detailed migration plan, ensuring proper data migration, application testing, and validation.Manage the testing of the cloud solutions post-migration to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance meet business requirements.Optimization & Troubleshooting:Monitor the performance of cloud-based telecom services, ensuring optimal uptime and connectivity.Troubleshoot any issues that arise post-migration, providing timely resolutions to ensure continued operational efficiency.Continuously analyze network traffic, system performance, and cloud service usage to suggest improvements and optimizations.Security & Compliance:Ensure all telecom and cloud solutions comply with relevant security standards and industry regulations.Implement security protocols to protect data integrity, privacy, and telecom systems in the cloud environment.Work with IT security teams to audit and maintain the security of cloud-based telecom services.Education: Bachelor's Degree and equivalent work experience.Location: King of Prussia , PA ( Onsite )Job Type: FulltimeEqual Opportunity & Diversity StatementAt EverestDX, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
