Project Manager | Conroe, TX | Up to $120KThe Client: Our client is a well-established General Contractor with over 26 years of experience in commercial construction. Specializing in religious, non-profit, education, interiors, and commercial projects, they have successfully delivered high-quality builds across the Greater Houston Area. With a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and strong client relationships, they continue to be a trusted name in the industry.The Projects:Ground-up and renovation projects, including churches, schools, office spaces, and community facilities. Project budgets typically ranging from $5M to $50M.The Role:We are looking for someone with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience and 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.Experience with tilt-wall, structural steel, and concrete construction preferred.Responsibilities:Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.Oversee contract buyouts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success.Monitor safety compliance, quality control, and overall job site performance.What's in it for you?Our client are offering a salary of up to $120K, dependent on experience, plus a benefits package including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and more.This is the opportunity to work with a respected GC known for its strong leadership, career growth opportunities, and dedication to quality builds.
