We offer our clients the highest quality of new and used servers, networking, and storage hardware and services to extend life and unlock value in IT, since 1995.Job purposeProspect and develop target accounts into leads and customer relationships, working with IT professionals within corporations across multiple industries and sizes, presenting Alta's full scope of products and services. Engage through various forms of professional communications, while cross-collaborating with our internal departments and support teams.Key duties and tasksConduct outbound sales tasks including but not limited **Presenting our services: communicate our services in a clear and concise manner to end-user clients and prospects.Developing a pipeline: utilize outbound and inbound strategies to develop and maintain a documented pipeline of recurring business clients.Learning and comprehending Alta's key products: establish a broad understanding of the brands we carry and the technical role they play within an IT infrastructure.Coordinating and collaborating: work closely with Alta's entire sales team to act as an intermediary between Product Managers and direct clients.Prospecting: execute a specific number of outbound calls and touches per day, while maintaining detailed client records.Owning the entire sales cycle: govern all aspects of selling, from qualifying, initiating, presenting, nurturing, and closing.QualificationsMinimum 1-3 years' sales experience, ideally in B2B, VAR, MSP, Tech, Wholesale, or Industrial sales.Proficiency and willingness to update CRM consistentlyExemplify excellent communication and negotiation skillsBalance various activities simultaneouslyComfortable calling and talking on the phone for much of the dayAbility to stay active throughout the dayCuriosity to try new techniques, outreach methods, pitches, and targetsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while making astute decisions in real-timeJob ** Full-time**401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceMonday to FridaySupplemental ***Commission plan with unlimited earning potential
