Position SummaryThe Senior Client Strategy Manager oversees a portfolio of accounts, builds client relationships, and coordinates with their team on client deliverables. The Senior Client Strategy Manager is also responsible for ensuring clients are experiencing satisfactory results via the client-agency relationship and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. He/She will also be responsible for front-line client support, managing specific segments of the companys day-to-day client-facing operations, and assisting in other growth areas.Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Coordinates the creation, presentation, and ultimately the development of client projects.2. Work closely with other team members to meet all deliverable dates and requirements.3. Ensures all client deliveries meet the company's standards and quality expectations.4. Prepares budget estimates, scopes of work, and proposals when needed.5. Assign internal resources for new client projects.6. Facilitates client process from onboarding through off-boarding.7. Enhances and maintains the company's workflow system and other processes that drive efficiencies while allowing for creativity.8. Serves as an external representative of the company, ensuring that client expectations and satisfaction are exceeded.9. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the company's business and offerings, helping to develop and implement strategic plans to grow accounts.10. Manages and strengthens client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities.11. Helps mentor the intern team to help them better understand beMarketing's exceptional service standards and industry knowledge.12. Represents beMarketing in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.13. Develops, maintains, and manages company vendor relationships.14. Performs all tasks and duties efficiently and safely.15. Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.16. Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.QualificationsA. Education and/or Experience· 3 or more years of experience in marketing· 2 or more years of experience in a similar role· Advertising agency experience preferredB. Skills· Proficient in Microsoft (Windows, Excel, Word)· Superior written and verbal communication skills· Strong customer service skills· Collaborative mindset and team-oriented· Strong attention to detail· Highly organized· Strong prioritization and time-management skills· Superior problem-solving ability· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment· Excellent organizational skills
