Our client, a top PE firm based in NYC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to an Investment Team (team of 4) . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential information with discretion.Job ***** Executive Assistant - Investment Team***** New York, NY (4:1 Hybrid) ***** $125-150K range DOE+ bonus + excellent benefits***** 9am - 6pm***** PreferredKey **Provide high-level administrative support to two Managing Directors, ensuring seamless daily operations.Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and events across multiple time zones.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents in compliance with company policies.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents as needed.Support the coordination of investment team meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and note-taking.Manage special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.Qualifications and **Bachelor's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within finance, private equity, or investment management.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling confidential information.Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex travel and scheduling.High level of professionalism and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
