This position is not eligible for a visa sponsorship, OPT, or internship. GreatNeckTools, Inc. (GNT) is looking for a Supply Chain Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of supply chain and E-commerce ordering and inventory activities, and will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, the supply chain and GNT eCommerce team to ensure all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as experience in supply chain management.Duties & Responsibilities· Understand and document customer requirements.· Work with supply chain team to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.· Assist with procurement and inventory control.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.· Monitor supplier performance and compliance.· Manage the E-Commerce transfer orders and sales orders end to end process in NetSuite.· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal partners to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.· Manage consignment warehouse inventory levels, inbound shipments, storage fees, and long-term storage.· Monitor consignment warehouse inventory productivity and age monthly to mitigate selling and storage fees.· Generate reports on supply chain metrics.· Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.· Resolve issues with suppliers, customers, and other team members.· Perform weekly inventory reconciliation for consignment locations.· Troubleshoot and resolve any order fulfillment issues or discrepancies and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PO management and eCommerce order fulfillment processes.Required Skills and Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.· 1-3 years' experience in supply chain management or similar role.· Strong proficiency in MS Excel.· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.· Strong project management skills.· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.· Must have excellent follow-up and organization skills.Founded in 1919, GreatNeck® is a leading global supplier to the hardware, home improvement, sporting goods, mass retail and automotive markets, and have distribution and manufacturing facilities around the ** **
