This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales operations and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.Key **Provide direct support to the sales team by managing daily administrative tasks, preparing proposals, and processing orders. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients; address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with customers.Work closely with sales representatives to develop strategies that drive sales growth and improve service delivery.Maintain, analyze, and report on sales data and key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Assist in training new sales staff on company policies, procedures, and sales strategies to ensure a cohesive team environment.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.**Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in the service industry.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
