What Youll **Find & Acquire Land - Identify and secure land opportunities to support growth.Negotiate Deals - Draft LOIs, finalize contracts, and ensure favorable terms.Manage Entitlements - Work with local agencies to secure zoning and approvals.Stay Ahead of Market Trends - Build relationships with brokers, sellers, and developers.Work Cross-Functionally - Coordinate with engineers, planners, and contractors.What We're Looking **Proven experience in land acquisition within homebuilding.
