You know that somehow, you can figure anything out.What you'll be doingLead and manage a team of QA Engineers to ensure the successful delivery of services.Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and documentation, including test cases and test scripts.Oversee end-to-end testing processes, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Execute manual and automated testing within AWS environments, ensuring the highest quality standards.Utilize AWS services (such as AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) in the testing environment to ensure compatibility and performance.Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing direction and support in their career growth.Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospective meetings to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on features from a quality perspective.Requirements3 - 5 years of experience as a QA Lead, with a strong understanding of leadership in managing QA teams.Proficiency with AWS services, including but not limited to S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and others.Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.Experience with API testing and related tools.Knowledge of various types of testing, including functional, regression, load, and performance testing.Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers to promote personal and team growth.Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitEnjoy working in a fast-paced work environment and on multiple tasksBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceApplicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
