This role involves driving the design, development, and implementation of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers, establish governance frameworks, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and integrate with enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCenter of Excellence LeadershipDesign and develop comprehensive solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power PagesArchitect robust data models and implement complex business logicCreate and optimize workflows and business processes using Power AutomateDevelop custom connectors and integrate with external systems through APIsProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developersCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutionsEnsure solutions adhere to best practices for security, performance, and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement effortsDocument technical specifications and maintain solution documentation Required Qualifications5+ years of experience developing with Microsoft Power PlatformAdvanced expertise in Power Apps development (both Canvas and Model-driven)Strong proficiency with Power Automate for complex workflow automationExperience building and maintaining Power Pages sitesSolid understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)Proficiency with SharePoint and SharePoint Online integrationProficiency in JavaScript for extending platform capabilitiesExperience with API integration and custom connector developmentKnowledge of SQL and database design principlesFamiliarity with Azure services complementary to Power PlatformExperience with DevOps & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities Additional Preferred QualificationsSAP integration experience with Power PlatformMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Developer Expert certificationExperience with Power BI for data visualization and analyticsKnowledge of SharePoint integration with Power PlatformExperience with AI Builder and/or Power Virtual AgentsFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 applicationsExperience with Agile development methodologiesBackground in business process analysis and optimization The qualified candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise across all aspects of the Power Platform, possess strong problem-solving capabilities, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
