This position requires a combination of technical expertise and customer support skills, ensuring that our equipment functions optimally for clients. You'll work in a hands-on repair environment, collaborate with engineering teams, and provide remote support to troubleshoot issues.Key ResponsibilitiesRemote Troubleshooting & ** Use digital connectivity tools to assess equipment performance, analyze reports, and provide recommendations to customers.Diagnostics & * Inspect, test, and repair precision instrumentation, including both hardware and software components.Service * Maintain accurate service records in CRM systems, ensuring timely and clear communication.Customer & Internal * Offer phone-based technical assistance to customers and field personnel, guiding them through potential solutions.Inventory & Parts * Order necessary components for repairs and suggest inventory adjustments when needed.Quality * Perform final checks on repaired and new instruments before they are returned to customers.Collaboration with Engineering * Provide feedback to enhance the serviceability and design of products.On-Site ** Occasionally travel to customer locations to conduct repairs and ensure system reliability.What You'll NeedAn associate degree in engineering or engineering technology is preferredExperience in a lab, field service, or electronics repair environment is preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools such as Salesforce.Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and troubleshooting techniques is preferredStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 70 lbs.Willingness to travel occasionally (Why Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven company that impacts global food sustainability.Work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative environment.Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.Hands-on, problem-solving work where no two days are the same.Ready to take on a role that combines technical expertise with real-world impact?
