About the RoleInRhythm is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to play a key role in the modernization of enterprise applications. This role involves test automation, security validation, and CI/CD integration to ensure high-quality, cloud-native solutions.As an InRhythm consultant, you will work on mission-critical projects with Fortune 50 companies, ensuring the automation, scalability, and security of cutting-edge financial platforms.Key Responsibilities:Test Automation & Framework DevelopmentDevelop and maintain test automation frameworks using C# + Selenium or TypeScript + Playwright.Implement end-to-end (E2E) UI automation for ReactJS and Core applications.Design and execute API testing strategies using REST Assured, Postman, and SoapUI.Create data-driven, BDD, and modular automation frameworks for test reusability.Automate database validation for SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.Cloud & CI/CD IntegrationIntegrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.Perform cloud-native testing for applications deployed on AWS/Azure/GCP.Validate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments using Terraform and Kubernetes Helm Charts.Security & Compliance TestingConduct security testing for OAuth, SAML, and JWT authentication flows.Perform penetration and API security testing to ensure PCI DSS and GDPR compliance.Implement continuous security scanning and vulnerability assessments.Performance & Load TestingConduct load, stress, and endurance testing using JMeter, Gatling, and Locust.Analyze server performance metrics, response times, and application bottlenecks.Cross-Browser & Mobile TestingAutomate and execute cross-browser testing for Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.Perform mobile application testing using Appium for Android/iOS.Required Skills & Experience✅ 5+ years of experience in SDET, Automation Testing, or Software Quality Engineering.✅ Proficiency in C# + Selenium or TypeScript + Playwright for UI automation.✅ Hands-on experience in ReactJS and Core application testing.✅ Strong expertise in REST API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.✅ Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL for database validation.✅ Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB, CockroachDB).✅ Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitHub Actions).✅ Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes).✅ Knowledge of security testing methodologies, OAuth, JWT, and authentication validation.✅ Strong Agile/Scrum experience with JIRA, TestRail, or ALM for test case management.Preferred Qualificationsâ Experience in financial, banking, or healthcare domains.â Expertise in Salesforce, Octacom, or IBM WebSphere MQ testing.â Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, and Locust.â Strong ability to analyze performance bottlenecks and system reliability metrics.â Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) and test pyramid strategies.Why Join InRhythm?✔ Work with Fortune 50 clients on cutting-edge digital transformation projects.✔ Be part of a team of A+ thought leaders who drive innovation, scalability, and high-velocity product development.✔ Contribute to mission-critical projects that redefine the financial services industry.✔ Work in a collaborative, high-performance environment where your ideas truly make an impact.If you're passionate about automation, cloud-native testing, and security-driven QA, InRhythm is the place for you! 🚀Apply now and be part of something transformative.
