SAP Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented SAP Project Manager with Azure DevOps experience to plan, execute, and finalize SAP projects within budget and deadlines. You will coordinate team efforts and third-party contractors, defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Project Planning and Management:Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.Coordinate managers and technical personnel through all project phases.Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.🔹Leadership and Team Coordination:Lead, coach, and motivate project team members proactively.Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Ensure team members have necessary resources and training.🔹Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.Communicate project status, progress, and issues clearly and concisely.🔹Risk and Issue Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.Address project issues promptly and develop contingency plans.🔹Quality Assurance:Oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet required standards.Conduct project evaluations and assess results.🔹Reporting and Documentation:Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.Maintain comprehensive project documentation.Qualifications:🎓 Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
