Job ** Sales Support Administrator Frederick, MDPosition ** Full-Time, 32 hours per week (Weekends as needed)Pay * $20 - $21 per hourPosition *We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to assist our sales team in showcasing our model homes in Frederick, MD. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in new home sales while working in a professional and welcoming environment. You will provide support to the sales team by managing appointments, handling leads, and ensuring smooth sales operations.Key *Greet prospective buyers and highlight the features and benefits of our beautifully designed model homes.Manage lead flow through CRM and follow-up systems.Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Community Sales Manager.Provide administrative support to ensure seamless sales operations.Use DocuSign for document processing and Zoom for virtual meetings as needed.**Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality.Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn CRM software, DocuSign, and Zoom.Flexible availability, including weekends when required.Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not necessary.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
