The firm's focus is on sports and technology, with brands such as Chicago Slice, Paddletek Pickleball, ProXR Pickleball, Boundless Pickleball, Veloz, Homewood Bat, JAW Bats, and ProXR being part of the ever-growing portfolio. 35 Services offers Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Distribution, and back-office support to Thirty-Five Capital's operating companies.We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales for our portfolio of Thirty-Five Capital brands within an assigned geographic area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports & fitness, combined with strong sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives.Travel up to 50-60%.The position is remote and will report to the VP of Digital Sales & Marketing.As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our brand's market presence in your territory.Key responsibilities include:· Sales Strategy and ** Develop and implement a comprehensive , growth-oriented sales plan for the assigned territory, targeting specialty, clubs and facilities and regional sporting goods accounts· Account ***** Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing account base, while identifying new growth opportunities. Regularly visit accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales growth.· Product ***** Stay well-versed in the company's product offerings, including new launches and product features, to effectively present and promote the products to customers.· Trade Shows & ***** Represent the company across the territory at various functions (trade shows, events, and product demonstrations), showcasing the company's products and enhancing brand visibility.· Sales Training & ***** Train and educate customers and retail staff on product features and benefits to improve sales and customer engagement.· ***** Work closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and the success of promotional campaigns.*****· Proven experience in sales, preferably with experience selling to specialty retailers in the territory· Passion for sports & fitness, with knowledge and understanding of the sport of pickleball preferred· Strong understanding of the territory (customers, accounts, trends).· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.· Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
