Marketing Execution Lead -Loyalty & Rewards 388 Greenwich, NYC (3 days onsite - Hybrid12 months Contract (Possible Extension or Hire)Manager NotesResponsible for loyalty and credit cards points systemTeam develops marketing campaigns to drive customers to use pointsShould be able to put together creative briefs and taking those through multiple rounds of team collaborationA lot of PM work because managing campaigns and will be balancing a lot of moving partsClient uses Aprimo for campaign managementOther tool sets: Jira, Excel, Confluence, Smartsheet, AEM for documentationQualifications• Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required• Experience with marketing project and program management• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization• High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities• Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation• Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plusPay Range: $60 - $70/hour on W2The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
