Actively seeking a Building & Facilities Coordinator for an ONSITE and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. This roles requires a candidate who has worked in a corporate setting, has experience with vendors and building management software, and has 2+ years of experience in building and facilities management.-***** Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM ESTSCHEDULE | ***** ONSITE | Manhattan, NY (West Side)***** $60 - $70K (Commensurate w/Experience)BENEFITS ***** Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.-IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or Associates Degree PREFERRED; HS Diploma REQUIRED2+ years of relevant Facilities or Office Coordinator Experience REQUIREDBuilding Maintenance Software Experience PREFERREDStrong Verbal and Written Communication Skills-ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESLog and maintain incoming tickets for incidents, requests, and routine maintenance.Schedule and optimize routine maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to building occupants.Act as a primary point of contact for the facilities team with building occupants and building staff.Utilize building management software (e.g., SV3, Angus, Building Visitor System) to track work orders, maintenance requests, and building data.Keep record of all maintenance activities, incidents, and requests for future reference and compliance purposes.Track expenses against the budget and report discrepancies to the Facilities Manager.Coordinate Personnel moves for lawyers, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.-SearchPointNY/Noor Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
