Cru Concrete is seeking a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.**Accounts Payable Invoice * Accurately enter accounts payable invoices into the company's financial system and ensure timely processing.Lien * Process lien waivers for various projects, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly.AR * Apply incoming Accounts Receivable (AR) payments to the appropriate customer accounts and update records.Digitize Job * Capture and upload plan images to job files for easy access and long-term storage.Credit Card Transaction Allocation : Obtain receipts from all credit card users, verify expense types, and ensure they are categorized appropriately.Material ** Prepare materials such as accounting reports, HR orientation documents, meeting agendas, and PowerPoint presentations for company communications, events, and meetings.Event Planning ** Assist in organizing company events by handling RSVPs, setting up the venue, preparing handouts, communicating with vendors/venues, and ensuring event logistics are managed smoothly.Leadership Meeting * Take notes during leadership meetings, capture key points and action items, and distribute meeting minutes to attendees.General Office * Perform errands such as handling mail, ordering and picking up meals for team events, and running other general errands as needed.Special * Take on additional special projects and tasks as assigned by management.****Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, accounts payable, or office management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with financial systems or accounting softwareExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.Ability to handle sensitive financial and confidential information with discretion.
