Job ***** Lab Technician (Liquid development laboratory)***** Marysville, OH12 Months contract roleJob **The Lab Technician will manage shelf-life stability studies for liquid products, maintain analytical instruments and storage chambers for shelf-life testing, conduct analytical tests and report results, maintain good records of all laboratory work, and maintain a safe and clean laboratory work environment.Primary *Arrange and conduct product **** Maintain stability testing process, keep storage inventory, conduct and document physical analyses, schedule and conduct technical tasting sessionsMaintain and calibrate analytical instruments used for shelf-life testingTrain others on the use and cleaning of analytical instruments, good laboratory practices, taste panels, and storage studiesAnalyze development samples; set up analytical and microbiological requests for outside analysisContinuously keep the product development lab clean and in good orderMaintain oversight of Accelerator Laboratory spaceMaintain Excel / Word data entry of quality records including physical and sensory analysesComply with all company policies and proceduresJob Qualifications (Minimum Education, Experience, and Knowledge)High School diploma; science coursework a plusPrevious experience in a laboratory setting preferredIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelFluent in EnglishOrganizedIndependent, self-starterGood interpersonal skillsCollaborative service orientationAbility to work with a diverse teamGood communication skills, written and verbalAptitude for analytical testing
