The below job opportunity is to one of Our clients who is the worlds largest intimates specialty retailer offering a wide assortment of modern, fashion-inspired collections including signature bras, panties, lingerie, casual sleepwear, swim and athleisure, as well as award-winning prestige fragrances and body care.JOB **GENERAL *Client is looking for a Designer to join the team.The Designer is responsible for creating commercially viable product designs for our fragrance/body care/lip categories.We are looking for someone who is passionate about beauty packaging, fashion trends and loves to work with different materials.The design aesthetic ability must be modern, innovative, and feminine to support our Client brand voice.PRINCIPLE *Deliver brand-right, commercial designs that reflect the conceptual direction/business strategyEffectively interpret brand needs as outlined in creative briefs and translate them into compelling packaging designsBe an idea generator, able to present multiple designs to the internal creative teamBe aware and passionate about key fashion/beauty market trendsDeliver product designs; achieving goals with speed, agility and acute attention to detailHas deep understanding of file setup, design turnovers and color expertiseWork cross-functionally with merchants, package engineers, product developers and concept departments, including involvement throughout the production processEffectively present work to team members across levelsAdapt designs based on feedbackEnsure designs meet the budget and time commitments requiredQUALIFICATIONS/**Bachelors degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or equivalent experience5-7 years of design experience in a comparable packaging environmentStrong knowledge of Creative Suite including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Keynote is a plus.Exceptional talent with a commercial design eyeChampion for change and able to react with speed and agilityCollaborative partner with a team-oriented approachHighly motivated, passionate and results oriented; flexible and creative problem solverSolid communication and presentation skillsPersonal professionalism and accountabilityTekWissen® Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
