Job Captain

We are seeking a Job Captain with strong experience in office build-outs and tenant improvement (TI) projects to join our team in Culver City, CA. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Revit, and capable of managing project documentation and coordination throughout all design and construction phases.Key **Assist in the development of design and construction documents for office build-out and TI projects.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.Utilize Revit to produce accurate and detailed drawings.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and coordination issues.**3+ years of architectural experience, preferably in office build-out and TI projects.Proficiency in Revit is required.Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.Experience with permitting and local building codes is a plus.
