We are looking for a results-driven District Manager to oversee operations across 6-7 Dunkin' locations in Maryland.Position * As a District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple Dunkin' locations. You will lead store managers and their teams, drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a strong company culture. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a passion for the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry and a track record of success in multi-unit management.Key *Oversee daily operations across 6-7 Dunkin' locations, ensuring all stores meet company and brand standards.Coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers to drive sales, improve operations, and enhance customer experience.Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory control, to maximize profitability.Ensure all stores comply with Dunkin' and Capital Brands Group policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety standards.Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on support and implement performance improvement plans as needed.Lead hiring, training, and retention efforts to build strong, customer-focused teams.Implement marketing strategies and local promotions to drive sales growth.Address and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and employee relations matters efficiently.* Minimum 3-5 years in a multi-unit management role, preferably in QSR, fast food, or restaurant operations.Leadership ** Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams while holding them accountable for results.Financial * Understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle operational challenges effectively. Must be able to work 6 days a week and travel between locations as needed.
