***** Relationship Sales Director***** $125,000 - $175,000 p.a.***** ASAPI am partnered with a leading behavioural health provider primarily focused on substance use disorder with locations throughout the mid-Atlantic United States as well as a robust virtual platform. As they continue to expand their clientele, they are searching for a Relationship Sales Director to grow their offerings within the education sector. Experience in education is a must! *****Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential high-value clients.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to ensure satisfaction.Conduct regular meetings (in person and virtual) with clients to evaluate service performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion. Ideate, create, and execute the implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy focused on relationship building, customer retention and revenue growth.Lead efforts in upselling and customizing services and products to clients.Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Regularly track performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met.Attend network functions to expand the organization's market presence and identify potential leads.Build relationships with industry leaders and decision makers.Close high-value deals while maintaining a focus on long-term relationship development.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Experience in the education sector is a must. In depth knowledge of U.S. high schools and universities. Extremely entrepreneurial with a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a relationship-based environment.Strong understanding of relationship management, business development and sales.Proven ability to create and develop meaningful relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to meet and exceed goals.Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term relationship building.Highly driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
