Our Client a leader in the building products/materials industry is looking for a a dynamic territory sales manager with proven sales track record of success maintaining and developing new business in California. Experience selling fence, fence hardware, gate components, and security locking systems.Our client is an industry leader and innovative designer and manufacturer of building productsSpecifically innovative hardware, locking systems, fence and gate components, tools, essentially all types of fence and gate components that are easy to install and offer solutions to all types of fences and gates. Product experience in tools, fasteners, windows, siding, or most exterior building products would make the candidate eligible and successful in the role as wellExperience in theThe ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in conducting product demonstrations. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.ResponsibilitiesGate Establish and maintain relationships with clientsEducate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrationsGenerate potential leads for future salesSet and exceed quotasTrack and report sales in organized mannerCommunicate effectively with other members of teamQualificationsBachelors degree (preferred)2- 5 years of sales experienceStrong work ethic and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management softwareAbility to travel in order to do business
