Salon Suite Facility Member Manager (Full-Time)"‹Job Title:Member ManagerLocation: In Person (Allure Consulting Corp Office) - Moosic, PAHours: Full Time 40hoursAbout Us:Allure Salon Suite Consulting is a leading developer of luxury salon suite facilities in the United States & Canada, dedicated to creating contemporary, innovative salon suite facilities for investors. Our mission is to assist individuals, investors and entrepreneur in designing, building and operating high-end salon suite facilities. We are expanding and are seeking an experienced Member Managers to assist Facility Owners in managing salon suite facilities.Job Description: As a Member Manager you will be responsible for multiply Salon Suite Facilities, you will be the primary point of contact for our Facilities Owners and their tenants. Your role will be to, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Job Responsibilities/Processes:• Managing communication between the Owners and tenants, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly.• Conducting & Coordinating onboarding processes for new members to ensure a seamless transition with paperwork, licensing, insurance, and invoicing.• Implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.• Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for member conflicts, situations, and other needs.• Monitoring feedback continuously improves the member experience.• Conducting Member Discovery Calls & scheduling facility tours.• Managing lead generation and follow-up to maintain occupancy levels• Manage member requests for repairs and maintenance, including follow-up.• Educating members on APPs and internal resources/processes• Direct telephone connection with members along with follow-up communication via email & text.• Manage supply inventory for facilities.Requirements:• High school diploma or GED• Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent experience• Two to three years of experience in customer service• Friendly and upbeat personality• Ability to work under pressure• Problem-solving skills• Conflict-resolution skills** Beauty Industry Experience a plusReports to: ASSC team and Facility Owners.
