We need a dynamic Marketing Manager to elevate our brand. Datum Engineers is renowned for developing innovative solutions to complex challenges, and it's time our brand reflects that.We're seeking a marketing go-getter to support our expanding team across our Texas offices (Austin, Dallas, San Antonio), as well as our newest office, Chicago.What You'll DoAs our Marketing Manager, you'll leverage your expertise to craft and oversee comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, both internally and externally. You will provide marketing support for business development, talent acquisition, and company initiatives and culture. Your solution-oriented, proactive approach will help drive the company forward.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support Business Development Efforts:Manage RFQ/RFP process, including gathering materials, write statements, update resumes and project lists, and oversee the process from request to submittal.Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to share Datum's brand and culture. Identifying the appropriate brand channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, SharePoint, etc.) and regularly post, listen and respond. Establish and protect the brand voice across the company.Create and Manage Marketing Content: Develop engaging marketing materials using Adobe Suite and other resources, including graphic design, photography, and copywriting. Regularly update and organize marketing and branding assets.Oversee Company Website and Internal SharePoint: Maintain and update the company website, as well as the news portion of the internal SharePoint site. Oversee third-party website manager and develop a regular schedule for planned updates and refreshes. Lead a future design and transformation of the Datum website, including vendor selection and management.Manage Marketing Promotional Items: Handle promotional items and swag for employees or career fairs, including vendor selection and order fulfillment.Stay Current and Innovative: Keep up with marketing trends, technologies, and fresh ideas, utilizing a mix of print, video, and interactive media to keep marketing efforts dynamic and relevant.Support Recruiting Efforts: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract top talent, including creating compelling recruitment materials and managing career page updates.Support CRM and Special Projects: Assist in the selection, design, training, use, and maintenance of a CRM system, and take on other duties and special projects as assigned.Why Join Datum?This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to shape the future of our marketing department.
