Job Title: Project Manager - ServiceNowLocation: Remote/Telework (with potential on-site requirements)Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per weekContract Type: Firm Fixed Price ContractPay Rate: $ 60.00 - $67.00 Hour estimated 2000 hour a yearJob Summary:The ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementation and integration projects. This role involves managing project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with ITIL best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and custom applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, from initiation to project closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations. Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budget management. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including workflow automation, dashboard creation, and custom module development. Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project tasks and maintain documentation through ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and other project management tools. Implement ITIL-based processes for Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Service Request Management. Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, risk management discussions, and issue resolution sessions. Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to measure project success. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to enhance adoption and utilization of ServiceNow tools. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing detailed status reports and project updates. Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience:Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing ServiceNow projects. Proven track record in ServiceNow implementations across different modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB. Certifications (Preferred):Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Skills and Competencies:Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflow automation, reporting, and dashboard management. Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and their application within ServiceNow environments. Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and ServiceNow PPM. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating project documentation and presentations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements:Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid project environments. U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) status may be required for specific contracts. Must pass an IRS background investigation, including Personal Identity Verification (PIV) as per HSPD-12. Complete mandatory IRS Security Awareness Training within 10 business days of staff-like access approval and annually thereafter.
