Do you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution? This role is your opportunity to contribute to Sino Biological's contract research operations and play a key role in project management and logistics coordination.As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the initiation, tracking, and documentation of contract research organization (CRO) projects, working closely with internal teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy in project execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Initiation & Coordination:Assist the Project Manager with drafting quotations and project initiation documents for new project requests.Submit DNA order requests and facilitate project initiation processes.Reporting & Documentation:Prepare daily priority lists for production team members.Coordinate outgoing shipments with the operations team.Prepare logistics documents for shipping and facilitate CRO project invoicing using the SAP system.Project Data Management & Analysis:Maintain and update internal C4B project logs, including production data, timelines, quotations, shipments, and invoicing details.Conduct monthly data analysis of C4B production to assess incoming project flow and ongoing project efficiency.Maintain CRO sales records and participate in data-driven discussions to enhance operational strategies.Assist with additional CRO requests as needed.Additional Responsibilities:Draft and manage daily production team priority lists.Execute SAP-related tasks, including sales order management, delivery coordination, and invoicing.Oversee shipments in collaboration with the logistics team.Collect and analyze customer feedback data to improve project efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related Biological Science Field.Prior experience in project coordination, logistics, or contract research operations is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with SAP or other ERP systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve project efficiency and workflow.Why Join Us?At Sino Biological, we recognize that our people are our greatest asset.
