We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts for large ground-up projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of cost estimating, bidding, and subcontractor negotiations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for large-scale ground-up commercial projects.Analyze project plans, specifications, and market conditions.Develop bid strategies and collaborate with project teams.Manage subcontractor pricing and vendor negotiations.Identify cost-saving opportunities and risk factors.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.Expertise in ground-up projects, including tilt-wall and steel structures.Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, OST, ProEst).Strong negotiation and communication skills.
