The main responsibility of this role is to identify and establish connections with customers who require transportation services. Additionally, you will be expected to offer competitive rates while meeting the companys revenue and margin objectives, generate a high load count, and demonstrate a strong commitment to your own success. Managing your customer database and fostering expansion with the clientele will also be part of your duties. With a strong emphasis on customer service and proactive communication, our representatives build meaningful relationships with customers to acquire, maintain, and grow their book of business. You will serve as a reliable resource for customers, providing information on service offerings, market trends, and industry standards, and offering quotes that take into account all relevant factors. Furthermore, you will support your customers daily operational needs through consistent communication and exceptional service.
