When you join RadNet as an Executive Assistant - CEO, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.You Will:Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for C-suite executives, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetingsNegotiates and executes corporate travel discount packages for airfare, lodging, and related activitiesResearch, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the C-suite, including those sensitive or confidential. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or responseProvides a bridge for smooth communication between the C-suite, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staffWorks closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up appropriately.Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the organizations success and manages various special projects for the CEO, some of which may have an organizational impact.Completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEOs ability to lead the company effectivelyPrioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously and proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.If You Are:Exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferredNine years of administrative support experience in C-suite required.Experience in a financial environment preferred.Project and/or program management experience preferred.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters, whether inside or outside the organization.Ability to work independently with no supervision, make decisions in accordance with company policies and work effectively with the Board of Directors, management, staff, vendors, and the public.Proven organizational skills, self-starter, multi-tasker, and the ability to take initiative and meet priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize work assignments and organize workflow to meet deadlines.Ability to meet numerous deadlines, work with frequent disruptions, and reprioritize assignments as necessary.Proven experience driving complex projects while successfully executing and implementing concepts, plans, and initiatives.Proven skills in math, business English, grammar, letter writing, and taking and transcribing business meeting minutes.Successful experience in and the ability to work as a member of an effective team, work with multiple departments, and work under pressure, always maintaining a sense of humor.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them appropriately.Experience in and the ability/willingness to convey a positive and professional image; maintain effective public relations, always with courtesy and respect and using tact and good judgmentProficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Professional is required.Understand, model, and represent company core values.We Offer:Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.Health Savings Accounts with employer funding.Wellness dollars401(k) Employer MatchFree services at any of our imaging centers for you and your immediate family.
