Position: Patent AssociateLevel: 3-5 YearsLocation: Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Miami, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.Employment Type: Full-timeOur client is seeking a talented and motivated Patent Litigation Associate for their Intellectual Property team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering. A BSEE/BSME degree is preferred. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic record and excellent research, writing, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in complex patent litigation matters, including taking and defending depositionsDraft motions, briefs, and other legal documents for patent-related disputesProvide oral argument in motion hearings and advocate before the courtsWork collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality legal strategies and resultsQualifications:3-5 years of patent litigation experienceEducational background in electrical or mechanical engineering (BSEE/BSME preferred)Experience with deposition practice, brief writing, and oral advocacyStrong academic credentialsBar admission in the jurisdiction of practiceCompensation:The anticipated salary range for this position is $205,000 - $225,000, depending on experience.
