Sales Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales program manager to join our talented and growing team in Cupertino. This person will build strong customer relationships through dedicated customer service and product development. They will become the voice of our customers and work closely with our engineering and management teams in China to bring new products from design concept to mass production. **Work with our China program managers to increase revenue and strengthen relationships with key accounts.Securehigh share and establish intimatetechnologypartnerships.Oversee and track build schedules from the customers and communicate with the factory to ensure all projects are on time and within budget. Coordinate resources as required to complete projects. Be the main point of contact for all commercial topics such as quotes, purchase orders, invoices, etc. Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product launches. Work closely with customers' global supply team for price and delivery considerations. Be available as needed to assist customers and colleagues even outside of normal business hours. Take ownership to see project success, even without direct or ultimate authority. Travel internationally (primarily to China) to assist with customer visits. Become a trusted advisor for customers. Bachelor's degree in engineering (business degree/MBA is a plus)Total work *** 5+ years. Direct work experience in consumer ***** 2+ years.
