Job ** Mobile HVAC Tech Bothell, WA Up to $100,000 Per annum + Enhanced overtime available + Market Leading Benefits Global Real Estate CompanyJob **As a HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.**** 7 AM - 4 PM Monday - FridayThe position provides a work van that may be taken home and utilized for travel to an additional siteKey **Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components.Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.Support Maintenance duties on multiple sites in Bothell, WA.EPA or equal HVAC certificationProven experience as a HVAC Technician, preferably in a commercial setting.Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across different locations.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid drivers license.Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management.Flexibility to respond to emergencies and work outside regular business hours if necessary.***Competitive pay up to $100,000 PA.Competitive benefitsOpportunity to work with a leading facilities management companyProfessional growth and development opportunities.
