We're dedicated to promoting from within!Exciting Projects: Work on high-profile, cutting-edge projects such as Data Centers and EV Battery Plants.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a flexible schedule and generous paid time off (PTO) to ensure you have the work-life balance you deserve.Team Environment: Be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values your contributions and helps you succeed.Key Responsibilities:Support Project Management: Assist in managing mechanical systems for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.Track Project Progress: Help monitor the day-to-day progress of the project, ensuring that work is completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations.Ensure Quality Control: Support quality assurance processes, inspecting work for compliance with specifications, standards, and codes.Client and Stakeholder Communication: Assist in maintaining communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, addressing project needs, changes, and updates in a timely manner.Assist with Budgeting and Scheduling: Help prepare and manage project budgets and timelines, tracking expenses and coordinating the procurement of materials and equipment.Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving project-related issues or challenges, ensuring solutions are implemented swiftly to keep the project on track.Gain Exposure to Large-Scale Projects: As you grow into this role, youll gain hands-on experience managing complex mechanical systems in high-impact industries like Data Centers, EV Battery Plants, and more.What We're Looking For:Education: A Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other Construction-related degree is preferred. We are open to candidates with relevant construction degrees or equivalent experience.Experience: 1-4 years of experience in mechanical project management, specifically with HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for large commercial or industrial construction projects.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.Detail-Oriented: Able to track and monitor the details of a project, ensuring that all aspects of construction are proceeding smoothly.Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick to identify issues and come up with solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.Industry Experience: Data Center and EV Battery Plant experience is a huge plus, but not required.
