About the RoleThe Project Manager of New Development oversees and manages each development by completing and overseeing projects on time, budget, and within scope. With this role interacting with all parts of our organization, the Project Manager must have great interpersonal communication skills, along with being able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with internal and external resources to ensure scope, schedule, budgets, etc. remain on track for each development Manage day-to-day responsibilities for each development Build and develop an effective project team to ensure maximum sales performance Assist with training sales agents with necessary systems Oversee all marketing material creation and video productions for each development Develop and foster effective relationships with developers, outside vendors, etc. Assist with reporting for each development Report project outcomes and/or risks to upper management channels as needed Assist with set-up of new systems in the department Oversee and delegate tasks to project coordinator *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. QualificationsBachelors degree preferred 2 - 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years as a Project ManagerReal Estate Salesperson License, preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Microsoft ExcelExperience with CRM software programs Must be self-motivating with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Must be able to perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication Excellent time management Must be able to multi-task Excellent written and in-person communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills
