Outage Implementation Lead

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Implementation Lead will provide a seasoned, in-the-field presence for utility construction projects and outages. This role will be in the field for a majority of their day, with the remaining 10% of their day being in the office. They will be responsible for observing and coaching contract workers to ensure that the project is operating on safe work practices/standards. They will be working hand in hand with the different Project Leads to oversee the success and progress of the work. Responsibilities:Participate in Construction Execution Plan developmentReviewing project scopes/contractsAttend project specific meetings as neededManage Contractors and Schedule effectivelyProvide Quality Construction oversightQualifications:5+ years managing contractors on construction projectsConstruction Project Management experienceUtility/Outage experience a plusAbility to communicate effectively and clearlyComfortable climbing ladders up to 25 feetAbility to lift up to 50 poundsMust have a Valid Driver's licenseHigh School Diploma/GED
