Our services include Attack Surface Management, Penetration Testing, and Red Teaming.Role DescriptionAs the Director of Penetration Testing Solutions at BreachLock, you will leverage your industry expertise to engage with new prospects and advise existing clients on our state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions. You will be involved with a hands on approach within the Penetration Testing Solutions team, guiding clients through the implementation process, and serving as a trusted advisor on best practices and security strategies. This hybrid role, based in New York with flexibility for remote work within the US, positions you as a key figure in enhancing our clients cybersecurity posture.Just to sum up some of your responsibilities:As a Director of Penetration Testing Solutions you are on the front lines with our clients supporting them with their Offensive Security needs. In this role you will:Work with new prospects and ensure they understand the value of BreachLock solutions and advise them on their offensive security strategyWork with clients to ensure they get experience backed advise with respect to improving their Penetration Testing program or implementing BreachLock solutions in a manner that fits them bestDrive Practice development, including improving existing practices used within the pen testing team and mentoring team membersExecute Red Team Assessments, Network Penetration Tests, Application Security Assessments, Social Engineering, and a variety of custom assessmentFoster client relationships by providing the right solutions, support, information, and guidanceSupport the teams on proposals, proof of concepts for new clients, technical though leadership and guidance as a part of technical pre-sales activitiesDevelop thought leadership materials and participate in activities such as research, speaking at conferences, authoring materialWork with the innovation team to improve security testing automation capabilities of BreachLock platformWhat we are looking for:You are physically based in the US and this is a remote role with ocassional travel 5+ years of experience performing offensive/attack-oriented security assessments including penetration testing2+ years of experience in an enterprise-level customer-facing roleExperience with various public cloud components and architectures with Azure / AWS strongly preferred.Experience in evading security detection controlsPrior experience working with Big-4s in similar role is a big plusCertifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GIAC, and GSE are preferredExpertise in security testing frameworks and standards such as OSSTMM, OWASP, NIST SP 800-115, and MITRE ATT&CK is requiredWhy work with us?Award-Winning Excellence: We won the Gold Award for PTaaS in the 2024 Globee® Cybersecurity Awards and were named the "Most Innovative in Penetration Testing" by Cyber Defense Magazine in 2023.Industry Recognition: Featured as a "Leader and Fast Mover" in the 2023 GigaOm PTaaS Radar Report.Cutting-Edge Technology: Pioneering AI-powered, human-delivered penetration testing services that set industry standards.Analyst Endorsements: Recognized by Gartner, SANS Institute, and Information Security Media Group (ISMG) for our innovative solutions and contributions to cybersecurity.Media Coverage: Highlighted in Cybercrime Magazine and Reuters for our market influence and significant achievements.
