You'll gain hands-on experience in construction management while developing essential skills that will prepare you for future leadership opportunities.Your Key Responsibilities:Project Documentation & CoordinationExtract and process project details (preliminary information, billing requirements, job directory, insurance requirements, etc.) in a timely mannerPrepare job kits, purchase orders, and job kit updates for Project Manager reviewGenerate RFIs quickly and accurately and ensure timely processingSend Notices to Proceed (NTPs) and follow up on executionManage submittals, ensuring approvals are obtained and communicated efficientlyTrack subcontractor bids, proposals, and change ordersAssist in preparing and sending Close-Out packages within two weeks of project completionMaintain and update submittal and RFI logs for weekly meetingsTeam CollaborationWork alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and Clients, building confidence, credibility, and trust to ensure high customer satisfactionProject Manager: Communicate regularly, ask questions, and proactively seek additional workSuperintendent: Check in daily, update job directories, submittal approvals, RFIs, and drawingsClients: Maintain a professional and respectful approach, ensuring timely responses to calls and emailsEssentials for SuccessExperience:BS degree in a construction-related field OR2+ years prior experience in construction, project coordination, or a related fieldSkills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with project management software (preferred)Strong knowledge of construction documents and proceduresExcellent communication and organizational skillsOSHA 30 certification preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsSome travel to job sites may be required, including navigating uneven surfaces and climbing laddersOccasionally lift materials up to 20 lbs.Ready to Build Your Future with Us?Join Turelk and be part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth.
